Helllooooo pumpkin, happy weekend!
So, feeling confident making decisions…. a tricky one, huh?
Not really thou when we understand why we second guess our decisions.
Lack of trust in ourselves.
And so practicing self-trust is where it’s at.
? Starting with small things are key to building said self-trust.
This weekend – right now! – is a great opportunity to get started with it!
On the next couple days, as you get ready to “catch up” , “get things done” OR spend time doing things for yourself only — remember that whichever path you choose {being productive or chill-axing} it will be the perfect one and exactly what you need – as long as you choose to do them without any guilt or pressure.
Meaning being productive to “catch up” because you feel you are behind or that you hadn’t done enough during the week is not where it’s at, love. You will resent what you are doing, productivity will actually be dreadful + slower and you’ll feel drained.
On the other hand — are you make yourself follow through with “me-time” and self-care practices because that’s the time you allocate for it in your schedule but you are actually feeling the bug of getting things done? Since you hear people saying that you *must* practice self-care you decided you’ll ignore the itch to be productive over the weekend?
Know my love, that following what we are lead to IS self-care. It means we are listening to what we need at the moment, not what we think we are supposed to need. And we all know that we can’t go wrong with truly fulfilling our needs, ya? ?
So whichever you go for love – being productive or chillaxing remember to be fully present with it. If it doesn’t feel right, shift gears as soon as you notice it and see what you feel lead to do.
PRACTICE doing this with small and easy things throughout your day.
The more you do it, the easier it becomes to trust what you are lead to do and the more confident you get aat making decisions without second guessing yourself.
